The music for this project was originally commissioned during lockdown 1 earlier in 2020 by Dr. David Glowacki, from the Bristol University Bio-Chemistry Department, to provide the underscore for an interactive, virtual reality, meditation project called 'Isness' (hence the name, which is serendipitously very much like my own!)

The music is essentially choral & non-verbal, influenced by ambient drone & electronic music. This is the full 36 minute, through-composed piece, to be enjoyed while engaging in any meditative activity - which could be seated, standing, moving or lying down. The original project involved all 4 states. It also makes for a lovely back drop to create to, or even to write & work with in a stress-free way, due to it's non-verbal nature. Experiment and let me know how you've enjoyed listening to it :)

I'm currently releasing this track as a free Xmas / New Year gift to my listeners, as it's been a very challenging time for all of us. It helped me so much at the time to make this music, so I wish for it to help others in the same way too.

If you do feel inclined to make a donation, however, all proceeds will go towards the running costs of a choral project I direct with a charity called Bristol Drugs Project, which is for people who are in recovery from drug & alcohol addiction. Sadly, our funding ended due to covid, so all donations are greatfully received to get it back and running again in the new year.
